County Auction for properties deeded to Bonneville County for non-payment of taxes.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTIONS WILL BE POSTED HERE.

April 24, 2023 Auction

All properties are sold AS IS, WHERE IS.  The county makes no guarantees as to the condition of the property, liens or encumbrances, the feasibility of obtaining title insurance or other matters regarding the properties for sale.  It is incumbent upon prospective buyers to research on their own all matters and issues regarding a given property.  The properties may be physically inspected upon appointment with the County Treasurer.  Please contact the Treasurer’s Office by phone at 208-529-1380 or email at BCTreasurers@co.bonneville.id.us.

Interested buyers must be physically present or have a representative present.  If the interested party cannot be present and is not able to assign a representative, a sealed bid may be submitted prior to the auction.  The bid(s) will be opened at the beginning of the auction and will be considered the opening bid.  Prior approval from the commissioners is required before submitting a sealed bid.  The commissioner’s office may be contacted by phone at 208-529-1360, or email at commsec@co.bonneville.id.us.

No registration is required to attend the auction.

Payment in full is required the day of the sale.  Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, cashiers check, money order, personal or bank check.  Property will be deeded subject to bank clearance in the case of non-verified funds.  Deeds for verified funds will be provided no sooner than the day following the date of sale.
