To request copies of records from the Courts, please complete the following steps.

2. Complete the PDF Form with as much detail as possible.

3. Email the completed PDF Form to courtarchives@bonneville.idcourts.gov

All records requests will be reviewed and responded to in accordance with Idaho Court Administrative Rule (ICAR) 32. Some records requests may result in fees which must be paid before the requested records are released.
