IDAHO FALLS, IDAHO. A Bonneville County Grand Jury has indicted four individuals in relation to an incident which occurred in the early hours of February 12, 2024.

Gabriel Aaron Perkins was indicted on Second Degree Murder, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon Enhancement, Leaving the Scene of an Injury Accident and Concealing Evidence with the possibility of a life sentence. Perkins made an initial appearance on March 8.

Taylor Alan Aughenbaugh was indicted for two counts of Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapons Enhancement and one count of Concealing Evidence. Aughenbaugh also made an initial appearance on March 8.
