Catering Permit

Apply for a catering permit by clicking the Apply Online button below. Please note:

• The cost for a catering permit is $20.00 per day.
• The Permit can only be issued for up to five (5) consecutive days.
• Your State Alcohol License must be in good standing with the State of Idaho.
• Applications must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the event.

After completion of the application, please come in person to the County Clerk's office for processing and payment. You will need to bring:

• Identification
• Your State Alcohol License
• The applicable fees
