Wood Products – Trees and branches separate area
Raw lumber and pallets separate area
Painted or stained wood separate area
Railroad Ties (small quantities)

Rocks and Gravel

Soil (must not be contaminated)
Sod
Weeds and Leaves (no black bags and must not contain grass clippings)
Cardboard – boxes should be broken down
Metal – All items except those containing freon which must be disposed of at Transfer Station
WASTE NOT ACCEPTED: No burn barrels, agricultural waste (seeds, hay, straw, manure, animal carcass), household garbage, clothes, furniture with fabric, carpet, mattresses, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, electronics, fluorescent lights or fixtures, tires, automobile batteries, waste oil, paint or paint cans, bug spray, herbicides, plastic or metal flammable fuel containers, plastic buckets, black bags of anything, food of any kind including garden produce, grass clippings, or contaminated soil.
NO ASBESTOS material is accepted. ALL DEMOLITION MATERIAL REQUIRES ABATEMENT PAPERWORK to show NO ASBESTOS in materials PRIOR to bringing into the Hatch Pit.
Fees:
No fee for clean raw wood, tree limbs and branches that can be ground up for reuse. This cannot contain any other waste. Construction and Demolition Waste fee is based on size of load, sorted or unsorted materials, and location material is coming from.
The Sorted fee is for loads separated into following categories. Failure to sort material will result in the Unsorted fee being collected.
Wood – per type of wood in specified area
Cardboard – boxes should be broken down
Metal
Inert (concrete, rock, brick, sheetrock, asphalt, shingles, siding, etc.)
NO MUNICIPAL GARBAGE IS ALLOWED
ANYTHING CONTAINING FABRIC IS NOT ALLOWED
