Records Requests

Coroner records requests can be emailed to coroner@bonnevillecountyidaho.gov or faxed to (208) 693-1622. Please include the following: what particular information you need, the name of the decedent, the date of death, and your relationship to the decedent. The Request Form may be downloaded above.

Please note - this form is only for records requests from the Coroner's Office. Any other Bonneville County public records requests may be submitted by visiting Public Records.
